Morride and Lippert's new "Tip Out" or fold down steps from inside the door provide more stability than standard fold out steps but still have limitations for people that have mobility issues or have difficulty opening the door without having to back down the steps before opening. We provide solutions to make these steps easier to use.

The Port-A-Step is now designed to fit the new Tip-Out steps. It has a larger top step/deck surface to allow the door to open without interference and still folds for easy storage and travel.

The Port-A-Deck system now offers a deck extension to allow use with the Tip-Out steps.

Our Free Standing Port-A-Step is wide enough to fit over the tip out steps and when set at the same height level as the top existing step they provide a large surface area to open the door plus provide an additional step making access much easier. The handrail and handpost make access much safer and easier for people with mobility challenges. Each step is only 7" rise and the unit provides an additional 31x19 inch surface at the top step. The deck extension can be used with the free standing units to make a top surface of 31 x 38 inches.
