We have a 2017 Newmar Canyon Star 3710 and when the steps are not in use and while traveling they live in the rear storage bay on the passenger side of the coach. They are light enough that Donna has stored them herself while I was out of service with a bad hip.

I just wanted to send you a note to let you know how much we love our new step extenders for our RV. Before the step extenders, we had good steps, but they were steep and as I get older and we have dogs pulling us out of the trailer. I ended up slipping on the RV steps and spraining my ankle and then retearing the ankle tendons 3 months later. After that accident, we decided to order your steps based on customer feedback and then talking directly to you and we are extremely impressed. These steps are easy to assemble from a tight fold up position that fits right inside our door ready to go when we get to our destination to a full set up in a few minutes. The assembly only takes a few simple adjustments and voila! we are ready to safely enter and exit our RV. I love the handrail, which is sturdy and tightly secured. We thought we may need non-slip covers, but the design of these steps already has that covered. We will be buying a second set for our back door to our RV and maybe a 2nd piece for the bottom of the steps we already have for those times when the RV is higher off the ground than we planned. We would recommend these steps to absolutely everyone. It makes getting in and out of our RV easier and safer and set up and fold up takes only minutes with no tools required and anybody can set them up. Fully set up and they hold the weight of a 320 pound and 200 pound woman with ease. Folding up is easier than rolling up an area rug and takes up very little space. Thank you RV-CO for your great communication, excellent customer service, total understanding of our needs, the fast service and delivery as promised. The steps were exactly as described by your other customers and by you. We love you kept your promises and provided us with a well-made awesome set of steps that will allow us accessibility and to enjoy our RV for years to come.

Gary, I did buy these, and I wanted to share with you that I have a friend who broke her neck in early 2022. And after much out of state rehab she wanted to use their new RV to stay in and rest on days after she had more rehab in a different town where her husband worked, but she had trouble navigating the existing steps. I loaned her mine, and they raved about how much easier it was for them both to feel confident in the wider, less-steep steps. She is doing well and is back to work teaching. I finally got a chance to tell you how happy we are with our new steps, which we got to help our 15 year old Sheperd get in and out of our RV. On the same day that they were to be delivered we had to take her to the vet because she was barely able to stand and certainly couldn't go up or down any stairs. I can't tell you what a difference our steps have made! I can walk up and down so easily now! I have Ankylosing Spondylitis and osteoarthritis in multiple joints and had difficulty going up and down the steps on our 5th wheel.  I can go up and down easily and without pain now and my husband can take them on and off easily and fold when we travel. Hello! Just wanted to take a minute to thank you for this wonderful addition to our camping experience!  As mentioned previously I have a muscle disease that makes steps difficult. The RV steps were even worse, to the point I avoided going in and out of my trailer as much as possible, which put a damper on the camping experience itself.  I always went home sore and with bruises from trying to pull myself in.  A week before we got the Porta Deck my 15 year old dog missed the top RV step and fell out of our trailer injuring himself. He is healing but we worried about him being near the  regular steps after that.   This past week we went to Myrtle Beach and I have to say the Porta Deck made such a difference for both of us.  I was not anxious about going in or out. I could actually carry a few things in and out with me!  I realized just how much it helped when we got to a temporary overnight spot on the way home and didn’t set up my Porta Deck.  I had to use the RV steps. It was awful and my anxiety was right back. I told my husband this was the best investment we’ve made in many years and the peace of mind is priceless.  Thank you for what I know will be more years of family camping now that I no longer worry about getting in and out.  Below are two pics of our Porta Deck in all its glory. P.S.  Your quick responses to every little question I had was well above any expectations I could imagine. In addition you got these out to us extremely quickly and we had them right before we left for vacation. I truly believe the Porta Deck played a big part in the wonderful time we had.

We received our new 4 step free standing RV steps today. The shipping was
fast, and well packaged, and what a great looking product.
My wife (who had knee replacement) just loves them, soooo much better than
the factory flimsy steps. And I just can't get over how well made, and how
strong they are, they are a snap to set up and fold them up to take down.
So nice to open the door and be able to walk right out on the extra large
platform, then step down onto large wide steps that are only 7 inches down
to the next step, the strong adjustable hand rail is a excellent plus.
We could have bought cheaper steps. But the build quality and convenience
of these is just awesome, and a BIG PLUS to me is an American built
ingenuity product.
We will be keeping your literature in our RV to show to others who I'm sure
will be interested.

Your stairs were so easy to attach.  I didn’t even need a man’s help and I only weigh in at 105 lbs.   Thanks for inventing them and manufacturing such an awesome product.   My husband uses both rails presently but should be able to graduate to the one rail so the door will open all the way. I am glad I bought the extra rail even though it is a bit inconvenient for the door entry.

Hi, I wanted to share with you how much we LOVED our stairs during the past six weeks in Palm Springs! The very first extended trip that didn’t have me icing my knees!
One fun thing we did was putting a side table which also served as a landing. The table was great for everything from groceries to dishes when entertaining outside, as well as a ‘sort of wall’ that kept our dog from jumping off the top step🤣!

That deck worked great! We had it 36" on the legs and that left us only about a 12" step into the camper. You can see our camper with the basement sits very tall on the truck making normal stairs a real chore. Here are some pics. They are camping pics, so not staged, but if you want to use them on your site feel free. Or if you want a testimonial written, let me know. Also, there is a picture of how we attached our stairs. Your stairs must be wider, but we put one side in the hook part and just ran a couple bolts to keep it secure, works good. Let me know if you have any questions. Hi Gary, The steps arrived this week. We had bought a 1-Ton Dodge, dually, 4X4, V10 with 52000 one owner miles on it. We had to raise the trailer up high in order to pull level, with a gooseneck hitch. I have enclosed a picture of the steps on the trailer - Perfect height! The workmanship and material are are impressive. The steps will make our camping trips much safer, as the risk of falling is greatly minimized. Hi. Everything came. Set up the small one. The large one will get set up on September 8th when we get back to our trailer. This one fits perfectly. Couldn't be a hair larger for the door to open. Can't fit a rug under the door. It's that close! I love it but my knee loves it even more!!!! Thank you soooo much for going the extra mile and making this one. I really appreciate it!!!!!!

We really enjoy ours, much easier for DW and the old beagle to climb. These are compact, if you don't have space in the basement you can put them in the bed of the truck or inside the RV. My wife has set them up by herself and if she can do it anyone can! Lol

  Mine (pictured above this) is just platform and steps...very easy to set up and take down, at first my husband was...just one more thing to haul around, now he thinks they are great, he called them old people's steps, now he calls them smart people's steps..steps are closers together, and I love the 24x24 platform on top, I'm short so they have really made my life easier and safer
